I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

If your package and item is damaged in shipping, please notify FedEx or UPS delivery person of damaged merchandise received and contact Laughing Creek  to arrange for return of shipment and exchange of product. I do not offer refunds. Damaged item must be returned to Laughing Creek to receive exchange for a new item.

Shipping Policy:

In most cases I ship items via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS. I only ship within the continental USA. Please contact me with questions or for a specific shipping quote. Depending on quantity in stock and color ordered, I can ship most orders within 3-5 weeks.

** SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS!! YOU CAN ALSO PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT MY WORKSHOP IN SEATTLE, WA. Make arrangements to pick up your order at my workshop in Seattle and we'll credit the shipping charge on your order – a great way to save on shipping costs!

Additional Policy:

Each of my items are slightly different and unique in texture and color. I strive to make sure each of my items are strong and sealed for the outdoors so they will last for years and years.
